My friend and I went to this spot for a quick lunch, and we enjoyed everything about it. Of course the decor is very girly and fun, but the food was also excellent. I got the avocado and egg salad along with their house latte. The portion sizes were reasonable and the food was super tasty. We ended up coming back a couple of days later to grab coffee and some sandwiches to take on a road trip to Death Valley. The staff was kind enough to deconstruct our sandwiches so they would keep better for the road and keep the bread from getting soggy. Everything about this place was great.

I’ve come to Cafe Lola twice now and it’s a really cute spot! The food is instagram worthy, but also tastes really good! I got the tomato soup with the grilled cheese both times and I can’t ever get the same thing anywhere else. This time my friend got the Cesar salad chicken sandwich and she said she enjoyed it. The sandwich also had a large portion of chicken which really gave her a bang for her buck. She got the strawberry lemonade, and the employees made an extra one on accident and gave it to me. It was really fresh tasting just like my mom’s homemade recipe, it was delicious! The service was great, the food came out quickly. The staff were super helpful and patient with our orders. They were also very kind!I will say there was a slight decline in the quality of the atmosphere since I visited a couple years ago. It seemed really dim, not in an intentional matter, more so like a couple lights were out. Most of the tables were dirty, so we cleaned it off ourselves. The first table we tried to sit at had a chair that was soaking wet, which was rather unpleasant to touch. There were only people working at the time so I think the front of house bussing and cleaning was somewhat neglected. I hope to see this location get a little more love in the future!Parking: It’s a shared parking lot with the strip mall along Hualapai. I’ve never seen that lot ever get too full where there isn’t parking, but there is a side street not too fair you could park at as well.

I’ve been wanting to try cafe Lola for some time. Customer service was ok. The girls weren’t warm and welcoming, but also weren’t cold or rude. They were just there. Starting off with the price, for my boyfriend and I, it cost about $ (including tip). We ordered the pumpkin spice latte, Alex’s coffee, veggie scramble and the egg & turkey croissant. The food was decent enough. My veggie scramble was definitely made with fresh veggies and came with a side of fruit and toast. My boyfriend’s sandwich was decent as well. Definitely basic though, nothing mind blowing. Not saying that in a bad way, sometimes simple is better, but in this case it was just very expensive. Now let’s talk coffee. One of the main reasons I wanted to come here was for the Pumpkin spice latte. I had seen a video of the owner saying their pumpkin sauce is made in house. So naturally, I had to try it. Sadly, I was very disappointed. The drink itself was so sweet I could not even finish it. The pumpkin was so overpowering to the point where I couldn’t even taste the espresso. Then to top it off with pumpkin cold foam, pushed it overboard. Maybe I was expecting it to be less sweet given that it’s homemade? However, the thing that really threw me off was the drink having a gritty texture to it. Definitely not the best PSL I’ve ever had. If you don’t like your coffee overly sweet, I definitely recommend asking for less of the sauce. My boyfriend had Alex’s coffee and it was fine. His wasn’t overly sweet, but again you could not taste the espresso. We both would have liked more of a stronger tasting espresso. That’s just our preference. My issue with places like this is that they charge a premium for mid product. We don’t have a problem with spending money on good drinks/food, because it’s something we enjoy, but it has to be worth it. I feel like cafe Lola puts a lot of time and energy into presentation/aesthetics when they should be really focusing on quality of the product. If the drinks don’t taste as good as they look, then what’s the point? Having good product is what keeps us coming back. Don’t get me wrong, the cafe was very cute, but I’m not gonna go there simply for the looks. To end on a good note, I do really love that they have vegan/gluten free/vegetarian options.

Came here at noon on Sunday //. I definitely like Henderson location more. It’s bigger and has better service. I came here for a book club meeting and was not met with the greatest customer service. They also gave us a number to bring to our table but ended up leaving the drinks at the counter. We were wondering what was taking so long, and realized after about minutes that they just had our drinks sitting at the counter. We didn’t hear them say anything and we were the only group in the place, so it was obviously our drinks.I had amazing service and drinks at the Henderson location. I’m not sure what happened to this one... We will probably have to find somewhere else to meet for our book club in the future.
